Pam, my dear friend, I will miss her greatly - her sense of humor, kindness, and being my mentor as a paralegal and paralegal manager. I have so many great memories about our times together at Reed Smith, the Institute, and of course personally. Her light will shine forever!

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pam’s passing. She has always been a friend and mentor to many and someone we all looked up to and wished we could be more like. The truly good people seem to leave us too soon and leave a hole in our lives. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Pam. You will be missed.

Pam Bailey and Karen Dunn were the first NALA officers I ever got to know (at a Cajun restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1992). Pam offered me my first NALA appointment in 1995 and changed my life and the lives of my children. She was an amazing woman and mentor, and I will never forget her. I send my heartfelt condolences to her family. She was greatly loved.

What a remarkable woman, all her accomplishments and all she did for NALA and her profession, and her family and friends were were life and treasures on earth. A stellar mentor and friend to many, and I am blessed and grateful for her wise words of encouragement and support, not only to me, but to many along the way. A friend who has left us too soon, but will live on in our hearts and memories.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Richard. I am thinking of you all. I find it hard to understand it is time to say goodbye to Pam. When I first met Pam, she was still in paralegal school, living in St. Louis. She went on to become an accomplished leader of a growing profession. She was such a giving and supportive person, both personally and professionally. Many can look to Pam as the reason for their own career opportunities and successes. While we worked together, I so enjoyed our trips and visits. I can remember prattling on about something I thought was important and she just looked at me with that face saying "baloney - just do it." And we did it. She had a way of getting to the heart of things quickly! Today, as I think of her, I hope she is listening to Eagles music, enjoying the sunshine and the beach. It was an honor knowing her.

similar life choices, which were not the ones we wished for them. Pam was an accomplished women who opened doors for many.
