Richard P. “Dick” Bruckman, age 83, of McCandless on Friday January 22, 2021. Beloved husband of Florence “Flo” I. (Gormley) Bruckman; loving father of Barbara L. Camus, Richard Carl (Lisa) Bruckman, and Katherine A. (Roger) Gasper; Proud grandfather of David and Danny Camus, Declan Bruckman, Brenden, Landon, and Emerson Gasper; dear brother of Charles (the late Elda Mae) Bruckman; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Dick graduated from Thiel College with a BS in Economics and Accounting. He retired after 37 years as Vice President/Controller at the former Peoples/Laurel Savings. He was a 43 year member of the Shaler Area Rotary Club, 50 years with Anchorpoint Counseling Ministries, 43 years Treasurer of the Lutheran Church Extension Society, President of the Avalon-Bellevue Old Timers Club, and was a member of the North Hills Community Baptist Church. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. The funeral services and internment will be held privately by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Thiel College OR Heartland Hospice Care.
