I was introduced to Rich when he was about two weeks old by his older brother, George, who was a friend of mine for decades. The Pott and Wunderlich families lived across from each other on Saxonburg Blvd and did lots of things with my family.
Dorseyville in the early 50s was a great place to grow up and the "white church" and the "old folks home" were big parts of the community.
Rich and I continued our long connection at our Canadian fishing club, Yankanuck, which Rich visited every year until his health would not let him continue. Even after that he wanted to remain active in Club matters.
We will miss Rich and I extend my condolences to the members of the Pott family.

Richie, you will always be in my heart. Wonderful memories of our times together at Yankanuck-fishing, laughing and enjoying our spirited conversations with you and your Mum. I will miss you.
