Rest in Peac! Well Done Thy Good And Faithful Servant. My sister. Pat Bardoner Carr, my brother Dr. James Bardoner and I were Blumers paper carriers in the 50s and the 60s. They were also our neighbors. The Blumers were wonderful people who were true public servants. They left a wonderful legacy for their family and their communirty.

Im so sorry for your family's loss. I had Mrs Blumer for a bus driver whenever they first did the redistricting os Hampton when i was in 3rd grade. She was very warm and welcoming to us kids from across the tracks,(aka church hill). We all loved how she would bring us popsicles. Im very sad reading this. Many thoughts and prayers from,
The Phillips family
