Carl Bollinger

Carl E. Bollinger, age 80, of Shaler Twp. formerly of StrawPump, PA , passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 4. 2022. Beloved husband of 50 years to Claire Sabatiello Bollinger; Loving father of Amy (Stephen) Stayduhar; Proud Pap Pap of Stephen Cole (Fiancée Jacey Schott), Calvin Bollinger, Samuel Wick, and Sara Volpe Stayduhar; Dear brother of Patricia (David) Ghen of Florida; Son of the late Ellsworth and Katherine (Kemerer) Bollinger; he was also a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Carl proudly served his country in the US Air force. He retired after 32 years from H.J. Heinz Company as a computer systems analyst. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh.
