Carol A. (Hathaway) Jakab, age 78, of Shaler Twp., passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Stefan Jakab; loving mother of John J. (Jeannie), Nanci (Matthew Ostronic) Woods, Pamela Jakab, and stepmother of Ildiko Sfarlea and her son Julian; proud grandma of Tyler, Justin, Noah, Keaton, Ethan, Elijah, Gabriel, Cole, and Dakoda; dear sister of the late Daniel Hathaway. Friends will be received on Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 12 noon in Bethel Assembly of God Church, Northside. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
