David "Dave" Lahey

David "Dave" Lahey, age 71, of Shaler Twp., passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Dementia on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Beloved husband of 45 years to Barb Lahey; he is preceded in death by his parents Norm and Dolly Lahey and siblings Rosie Lahey and Kathy (Rich) Lahey; He is survived by loving siblings Ed (Debbie), Joe, and John Lahey; dear brother-in-law of Robert "Robbie" (Kathleen) Leas, Larry 'Bud" (Bobbi) Leas, Donna (Don) Andrezjwski, Greg (Amy) Leas, and Gerald "Gerry" (Jennifer) Leas; proud uncle and great uncle to many loving nieces, nephews and great nieces, nephews. Dave was a proud Army Air Force Veteran and was a dedicated employee at Children's Hospital. Above all, his true passion was crafting beer as a brew master, bringing together his family and friends and passing that knowledge on. Dave will truly be missed and the many good memories from the time spent at LPCB A.K.A. Little Pine Creek Brewery. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, where a Prayer service will be held at 6:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Dementia Society of America.
