Dorothy Lou (Stauffer) Siess

Dorothy Lou (Stauffer) Siess, age 91, of Allison Park, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024. Beloved wife of 69 years to the late Robert “Bob” Siess; loving mother of Kip (Pam) and Rebecca Albaugh; proud Grandma of Andrew, Andrea, Angie, Robert, Joshua, Ashley, Ricky, and Aubre; dear great-grandmother of six; sister of the late Donald Stauffer; cherished sister-in-law and best friend of Maxine Siess. Dorothy spent her childhood in Aspinwall and later graduated from Shaler Area high School in 1950. She continued her education at the Presbyterian School of Nursing where she graduated as a register nurse in 1953. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 8 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, and on Friday from 10 to 11 AM. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 AM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd.
