Jacqueline "Jackie" Dugan

Jackie (Hyland) Dugan was born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 9th 1932 and died July 8th 2025 surrounded by her family. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Eddie, her son Edward, and daughters Lori Joe and Terry Lynn. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Mildred Hyland and was sister to her late eight siblings. She is survived by her children Kristie (Trace) McCall, Kathy (Terry) Obringer, Daniel (Beth) Dugan, and Cindy (Oscar) Arguellez. Jackie’s pride and joy were her grand-children Trevor Thomas Dugan, Matt (Meghan) Dugan, Kellie Dugan, Connor Obringer, and Rylee Obringer. She was “GG” to Lilly, Jake, and Rose Dugan and Henry Obringer. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Nancy DeMartino and Shirley Hyland, along with many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Her greatest passion in life was helping other people, which led to her being one of the founders of the Alalon Etna Chapter in 1978 where she met many friends that were very dear to her heart. Another one of Jackie’s greatest privileges in life was to raise her grandson Trevor Dugan with her husband Eddie. Trevor’s greatest privilege was to then care for her in her final years of life. With 93 years of life well lived, she always had many words of wisdom, advice (even when you didn’t ask for it), and witty (sometimes inappropriate) stories. She will be missed dearly. Friends will be received at Bock Funeral Home, Ltd. 1500 Mount Royal Blvd. Glenshaw on Saturday July 12th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Internment will be private.
