James E. Beck, age 82, of Shaler Twp. went home to be with his lord and savior, surrounded by his family on Wednesday August 26, 2026. Beloved husband of 57 years to Ethelreda; loving father of Tim (Shannon) Beck, Debbie (Todd) Everett and Dianne (Brad) Wade; proud grandad of Morgan, Brooke, Caleb, Sadie, Matthew (MaryGrace) Everett, Julie (Austin) Gabler, Aimee Everett, Sam, Elizabeth and Emily; adoring great-grandad of Theodore; dear brother of Nancy (late Carl) Peterson, John (Leslie) Beck and the late Norma (Don) Ringness. Friends will be received Sunday from 1:00 PM until the time of services at 4:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd. 1500 Mount Royal Blvd. Glenshaw. In lieu of flowers , donations may be sent to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center or to North Hills Community Baptist Church.
