James "Jim" P. Brent

James P. “Jim” Brent, age 68, formerly of Hampton Twp., passed away at home on Monday, May 25, 2026. Beloved husband of Jill (Unger) Brent; loving father of Jimmy (Lindsey) Brent, April (Bill) Weyel, Anna Brent, and Justin Briskin and Garret (Guille); proud Pap of Eddie, Ayden, James, John, and Jack; dear brother of Sue and her son Brent; also survived by many loving friends. He enjoyed his years coaching youth football for Hampton Township. Jim had a true passion for Pittsburgh Sports, was an avid golfer, and enjoyed taking care of his lawn with a cold beer afterwards. He was always keeping in touch with his close family and friends. For all who knew him, his company, sense of humor, and laugh will truly be missed. Friends will be received from 12:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. Service and interment will be held privately.
