James L. Templin

James L. Templin, age 85, of Shaler Twp., passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Beloved husband of 61 years to Beverly Templin; loving father to Sharon (Michael) Hindle, Steven (Allison) Templin, and Susan (Anthony) Prodente; proud pappy to Kaitlyn (Josh) Corcoran, Timothy (Rebekah), James and Jackson Templin, and Abby and AJ Prodente; Jim was blessed to be a great grandfather of Jameson Corcoran who he was able to meet shortly before passing. Dear brother of Kathy (Wayne) Riddle and the late Dolores (surv. Tom) Page and Jean (surv. Jack) Etzel. Jim enjoyed his career as a Union Plumber, was a lifelong member at Undercliff Firehall, and was an avid hunter. In his retirement, Jim and Bev enjoyed traveling the country, volunteering at National Parks, and wintering in Florida. Above all his greatest joys in life, Jim was a true family man and always put his family first. Friends will be received on Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. Service and interment will be held privately by the family.
