Nicholas "Nick" S. Duranko

Nicholas “Nick” S. Duranko, age 77, of Allison Park PA, formerly of Rankin PA. He was born August 20, 1948 in Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife and best friend Christine Hartung, his sister Christina A. Duranko and his brother Mark P. (Chris) Duranko. He is preceded by his parents Nicholas and Ann (Heinick) Duranko and his brother Matthew J. Duranko. After High School Nick entered the U S Air Force as a Jet Engine Mechanic at McGuire Air Force Base, NJ. Nick was the former CFO and Assistant Treasurer of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation and several subsidies. The Chapter President 93-94, and a member of the National Board of Directors 95-98 of the Institute of Management Accounts. He was the President of Church Associates for 15 years. Nick was the “Leaf” gatherer for the Duranko and Heinick Family Trees. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 7 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd. 1500 Mount Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM.
