Ronald C. Hahn

Ronald C. Hahn, of Shaler Township, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Ron was born November 6, 1932 in Cleveland, OH. In his very early years, his parents Roy and Helen Hahn moved to Pittsburgh, PA, where his father was employed in the printing industry. He graduated from Avonworth High School and joined the Pennsylvania National Guard in 1951. He served as an analyst during his three-year enlistment with the Army Security Agency. In 1956, he married the love of his life Suzanne Miller from Glenshaw, PA. This union was considered “divine intervention” since their initial meeting was at a drive-in movie theater. Ron and Suz had 59 wonderful years together. They had two children, Andrew and Barbara. From these two children came eight grandchildren which have so far produced fourteen great grandchildren. Ron was employed by Graphic Arts Color Corp. where he served a six-year apprenticeship after leaving the Army. Ron and Suz had many wonderful memories together. Though there may be some sadness in his loss, please know, there is much joy as he is finally in the arms of Suzanne once again. A Blessing Service will be held at Allegheny County Memorial Park on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM. All are welcome.
