Stephanie Casper

Stephanie “Sissy” Casper, age 77, of Shaler PA, peacefully passed away on March 27, 2026.

She will be remembered for her sense of humor, the love for her dogs, love of family, friends and faith, and her passion for playing softball. She loved watching sports, especially March Madness. Her love of cooking for others was evident as she shared her famous Chicken Noodle Soup with friends and neighbors.

Sissy was a very special presence in the lives of her “nieces and nephews”, being a superfan at every recital, concert, and performance. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Sissy is survived by her brother Vince (late Ellie) and is preceded in death by her parents Stella ”Sonny” & Peter Casper, and her siblings, Stevie (Patti) and Rosemarie Casper-Silva (Mike).

A brief visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Bock Funeral Home, followed by a blessing at the Chapel in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
